Back to Texas tomorrow but before I left I had to visit Everything Scrapbooks and Stamps in Lake Worth. It was a dark and stormy day but it was totally worth the trip! It is an amazing store! Huge! - so much paper - so much everything! If you are even close to Lake Worth, you gotta go! Here are some pics...
Here is part of the ink wall. They really have it all. I bought some new metallic stuff that really shines. I'd tell you the name but it's in a bag somewhere. More on this soon...
Part of the stamp wall. Of course they carry Deadbeat Designs - I would have included a photo but by now you should know what they look like. They've got lots of other companies and even some I've never heard of... but I tend to be a little out of the loop.
It's a good thing I had a small carry on because there was way too much paper tempting me... which basically means I would have put it with all the other paper I have and never use...
Do you know about Magnolia stamps? Personally I don't get it - I think they are really creepy. Why don't they have mouths? And don't tell me it's because they speak with their hearts and not with their mouths! Creepy! Anyway, if they don't creep you out, here's where you can find them! Tons of the little mouthless buggers!
Anyway, if you make it there tell 'em Mark sent you! And take bigger luggage!

The Magnolia Stamps are really adorable. I don't do adorable, but if I did I'd be buying the Magnolia Stamps.
I think I figured out the charm of these stamp designs. I just spent three days visiting a friend with two children, ages four and six. They are real talkers. Had I known about these mouthless images before this moment, I'd have been fantasizing about these kids with no mouths. BTW, they did not, even for one second fall for the "let's see who can be quiet the longest" game. So much for catching up with my old friend. Oh well, we still have email.

I agree-those images are creepy! Cute makes my skin crawl, but who am I to question popular trends??? I hope I get to see this store someday. Thanks for sharing!

Oh my gosh - we may have passed each other on I95~ We just got home an hour ago from an 1100+ mile road trip (one way) to Florida! Hope your trip was as much fun as ours was - haven't had time to post about mine yet!

I so agree on those mouthless things. Just isn't right.

What an amazing selection. Kind of reminds me of the Archiver's stores here in Indiana. However, this one looks like it has way more selection in stamps. I'm glad to know they carry yours! Hope you are well! Best, Curt

I totally agree about those creepy stamps. Maybe the next time you are in our neck of the woods you could do a class or demo?? Also, we have another great stamp/scrap store just a few miles from Lake Worth in Lakeland, Florida: Violette's. I think they should sell your stamps too. :) Thanks for the fun blog and hello to those faux poodles. HA

Glad that you were able to visit Everything Scrapbooks and Stamps. It is my very favorite store! How could you say such things about Magnolia stamps? They are one of my favorite (besides yours). Michelle is the wonderful owner of this store, and is probably one of the most helpful people I've come to know in the scrapbook world.

HI: Thought I was the only one who thought the Magnolia's were "creepy" so happy to see I have others that agree with me.

Magnolia is definitely creepy; however, would it be creepier still to have those big-eyed Keene paintings as mouthless Magnolia Stamps?
