If you're not familiar with Molly Ivins, you should be! Click her name to find out more or google her to find some of her hilarious and insightful quotes. I found this one on Linda's blog a few months ago and knew it HAD to be a stamp!
The background is really the interesting thing about this card but I tried to make the quote stand out as much as possible. Clearly it would work best on the inside of a card but when making samples for stores, it's usually best just to make fronts. I'm not saying that shoppers are too lazy to open the cards up but ..... actually, yes, that's exactly what I'm saying!
Anyway, don't forget to look up Molly Ivins. You'll be glad you did! Here's another great quote:
"So keep fightin' for freedom and justice, beloveds, but don't you forget to have fun doin' it. Lord, let your laughter ring forth. Be outrageous, ridicule the fraidy-cats, rejoice in all the oddities that freedom can produce. And when you get through kickin' ass and celebratin' the sheer joy of a good fight, be sure to tell those who come after how much fun it was."
I'm so glad you honored Molly with a stamp!

I have that first quote on my Livejournal profile - it expresses so perfectly how I feel about Texas!

Love it!! Both the quote you used on the stamp, and the other one! So sad that breast cancer took her away so young.
